The Ancient Offerings team consists of two individuals. Many of our items are handcrafted. Please keep these considerations in mind regarding our turnaround time. We do our best to ensure expediency and quality service.

Each order will be processed and shipped in the order it is received. Typical turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours, but please allow up to 5 days for your item to be sent from our facilities.

All orders within the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless other arrangements have been discussed with us in advance of your order. Additional fees for using another carrier may apply. We can offer international shipping with special arrangements and additional costs. Please contact us directly before placing your order.

In seasonal cases, we may adjust our shipping fees in order to ensure that our product arrives in optimal condition. Some of our products are heat sensitive and require additional precautions when being transported through unknown environments. An example would be a shift to thermal-protective packaging and/or ice packs during certain geographical summers or extreme extended heat waves.
